NASA’s ISS mockup in Houston that I was privileged to tour.

We’ve written about Made in Space before and it now looks like their footprint in the ISS will be expanding even more!  Made in Space already has 2 printers in orbit and this new contract looks to continue development on the Vulcan manufacturing system capable of using multiple feedstocks including metal.  The current printers are limited to polymer, so you can imagine the new opportunities these new capabilities could offer.  You can read all about it here in their press release.
